Is there a trial before I commit?
Yes, a paid trial. Your first 20 hours are billed at your role's standard rate with no 12-month agreement required to start. If it is a fit, you move to an ongoing package with a refundable deposit of one month in advance and a renewable 12-month agreement.
What if my virtual assistant is not the right fit?
We replace them at our cost. Every client is backed by a dedicated success manager and a first-month replacement guarantee.
Can I change my hours later?
Yes. Scale up, scale down or switch discipline with 30 days' notice, and we will re-quote against the new scope.
